Joanna Fullman

Cultural Programme Manager - Communities

My role is focused on working with organisations and community groups to actively involve residents in CultureDale. During the Year of Culture I developed the Volunteer programme, Activation Fund and Community Projects Fund, ensuring a diverse range of projects that reflect the needs of the local community and under-represented or disadvantaged groups. I am looking forward to sharing the learning from our Year of Culture projects and planning future CultureDale Programmes that will bring diverse people together through shared cultural experiences.

Through this work, we’re shaping a progressive, inclusive, and resilient future for heritage in Calderdale, underpinned by a boroughwide co-created Heritage Action Plan.
