Launched in 2011, Creative Minds (CM) is a charity hosted by the Southwest Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYPFT).
Its focus is on developing creative activities in partnership with community organisations that help improve the health and wellbeing of people who use Trust and related services.
This round of Creative Minds funding will deliver matched financial support of up to £5000 (with limits for small, peer-led, or newly formed organisations) for projects that use creative activity to support and improve the wellbeing of people living in Calderdale.
